About

The MOMS meet 3x per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9:30am.

Babysitting is included during these class times. 

ALSO INCLUDES:

24/7 open gym access

All MomStrong classes + unlimited group classes

Tuesday: Upper body & circuit bootcamp

Wednesday: BOXING

Thursday: Lower body & metcon

I was a religious “work out at home when I could find an hour in my day” kind of person. I am a stay at home mother to four kiddos and was seeking something more challenging for myself along with time that I could focus on my workout while being around others that had like minded health and fitness goals!  This program has exceeded my expectations and then some! I have been with the “Mom Strong” program for 1 year and it has changed my life. Not only does Jeff work with us 1v1 in our group setting to provide guidance with each exercise but he also takes the time to ensure we are doing each exercise safely all while encouraging us to do our best each class!

“MomStrong” is a life changing program and will challenge you each week! It also helps that the moms are incredibly supportive and we have built lifelong friendships between kettlebell swings and Bulgarian split squats."  - Haley L.
